The DRT Motorsports Exterior Tire Carrier for the Polaris XPEDITION is designed for riders who need to maximize interior storage space without giving up the security of carrying a full-size spare. By relocating the spare tire outside the vehicle, this system opens up room inside the cab and cargo area while keeping the tire accessible and securely mounted for long trips, rough trail use, and fully loaded adventure builds.

The system is built around a fully welded, frame-mounted steel substructure designed to carry the load where it belongs. Precision cut, formed, and welded steel components create a rigid foundation capable of supporting oversized spare tires in harsh off-road conditions.

The carrier arm uses high-strength steel tubing and supports spare tires up to 35" x 11.50". A threaded rod and handle retention system secures the tire in place, while a cam nut adjustment at the striker point allows the carrier to be dialed in for proper alignment and a solid, rattle-free closure.

For added function, the lower tube includes an integrated wire pass-through for rear camera extension wiring or license plate light wiring. The carrier also includes provisions for rear camera relocation when used with the Polaris 2024+ XPEDITION Adjustable Rear Camera Relocation Kit (P/N 20205MB01201) and DRT Polaris Rear Camera Extension Harness, 6.5 ft (P/N 20005MB11701), both sold separately.

Finished in a black fine sand texture powder coat, the carrier is built to resist corrosion while still allowing for customization if you want to match your build. It can be run on its own or paired with the DRT Exterior Tire Carrier Bumper for a more complete rear-end system.
