30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. If you need to make a return, please contact our support team for assistance.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. RideNow Powersports covers return shipping costs at our sole discretion, depending on the specific circumstances of the return (e.g., damaged items, shipping errors, exchanges, or incorrect fitment).

  • Item Condition: To qualify for a full refund, items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

  • Restocking Fees: Items or original packaging returned with signs of use, scratches, or damage may be subject to a restocking fee, or may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Please Note: Because payment processors charge non-refundable transaction fees, all cancelled orders are subject to a 4% processing fee.
